Meet the Team

Building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to Michelle’s work. She collaborates closely with each individual to develop a personalized plan that reflects their unique concerns, needs, and goals, while providing consistent support throughout their journey. Her aim is to help clients rediscover a sense of wholeness and well-being within a safe, nurturing environment, while also strengthening resilience and inner perseverance.

Michelle is deeply passionate about supporting individuals navigating Borderline Personality Disorder, Complex PTSD, and codependency, as well as those facing existential challenges and a loss of autonomy. She has a special appreciation for working with individuals with high-functioning autism (formerly referred to as Asperger’s Syndrome), and with adults experiencing ADHD and AuDHD, offering a compassionate and understanding space where clients feel truly seen and supported.

She has been in private practice since 2014, specializing in individual therapy for clients ages 13 and up. Michelle draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, tailoring each to best meet the needs of the individual. Additionally, she partners with several Employee Assistance Programs, where she utilizes Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients achieve meaningful and practical change.
Michelle founded Mojo Counseling Services in 2014 with a vision to create a team of like-minded professionals who share her dedication for compassion and empathy. She carefully selects individuals who take joy in helping others grow, thrive, and reach their fullest potential, providing care that treats each person holistically—mind, body, and soul.
