5 NEEDLE PROTOCOL

The 5 Needle Protocol (5NP) is a gentle form of ear acupuncture that involves placing five small, sterile needles at specific points on the ears. Commonly associated with the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) model, this approach is widely used to support emotional regulation and nervous system balance.
5NP is often used to help with:
